FEATURES and BENEFITS
M 724S is an automatic tire changer featuring a pole working with side rotation.
The innovation of this pole, with pneumatic rotation, is that it ensures reduced operating dimensions and allows installing the
machine against a wall. This solution allows saving almost 1 m / 3.3 ft and is particularly suitable for places with little space
and/or special operating needs.
M 724 S can clamp rims up to 24” (from outside) with a maximum wheel diameter of 1035mm / 40.7” and 15” width.
It can be used with car, SUV, commercial vehicle and motorcycle wheels (using proper accessories).
It is a robust and reliable tire changer for intensive use. The operating pole rotation makes it handy and quick.
The position and type of demounting/mounting tool ensure precision and safety in all working steps.

HPA – F24 2V

The F 24 2V FS is swing arm semi-automatic tire changers for car and van wheels from 10”-26” in diameter and 14” wide.
1. BEAD BREAKING ARM
The bead breaking arm has a stroke of up to 15” and is operated by a double-acting pneumatic cylinder made from 100% stainless steel, generating a power of 15500 N on the blade. The blade’s shape ensures perfect compatibility with any rim on the market today.
2. REGULATOR RULES
The optional stroke regulator rules out the risk of crushing the tire.

Swing arm movement with automatic adjustment of vertical height and mounting tool.

Mounting and demounting tool based on the working technology of the M 1032, whereby the rim is never touched and the stress on the tire is reduced.
Tool with manual rotation to speed up work operations.
Technical solutions: wheel lifter with full movement for moving the wheel on the ground to working position and vice versa, bead breaking performed with two specular bead breaker discs with controlled penetration control, automatic wheel clamping with effective, fast and simple pneumatic system.
